Unraveling Brazil´s logistics challenges

A noteworthy new event that highlighting one of the main hurdles when entering the Brazilian market has been launched by the Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, with the technical seminar “Distribution in Brazil: Logistics and Fiscal Challenges” sure to unmask a range of important issues facing any foreign business entering the country.

The Chamber explains that when considering investments in Brazil of any kind, logistics soon appear as one of the biggest challenges, with the sheer size of the country combined with infrastructural shortcomings and fiscal complexities proving major issues that must be taken into account when making feasibility studies and calculating price-setting.

The seminar, scheduled for August 31 in Amsterdam, aims to provide a basic understanding of the issues involving distribution in Brazil, helping to avoid financial losses and influence strategic decision making.
