A report in the Financial Times explains that Google’s revenue forecast for Brazil is for an 80% increase in 2011, with Fábio Coelho, the head of Google’s Brazilian subsidiary, pointing out that there is huge room for improvement to the country´s broadband and smart phone usage rates. Google Brazil expects to employ an additional 175 workers over the course of the year, a 50% increase on the present 350 spread amongst a number of offices.
